At Integrity House RTC (Residential Treatment Center) for Troubled Teen Girls it is our goal to give your Troubled Teen Girl the tools necessary for success in life, to serve those in need and to serve in her community. Just as no two parents are alike, no two Teen Girls challenges are alike.

  • Upon enrollment each student is evaluated to assess her physical, emotional, mental, and social attributes.
  • We strive to reintegrate the girls back into their homes, schools, and communities as a positive asset.

Through a therapeutic and healthy approach to modify behavior patterns, your daughter can once again learn to live happily and make healthy choices. She will be able to build on the opportunity she has at Integrity House to become successful, healthy, and happy. Our goal for your troubled teen daughter at Integrity House RTC is to assist the student in building a firm foundation for academic, social, vocational, and physical activity.

The philosophy of our program uses an approach to modify behavior patterns to set a foundation for change . One objective of Integrity House is to provide a safe, positive environment where each teenager is able to learn and apply the values of responsibility, respect for authority, self respect and self motivation. These tools in hand, your daughter is able to return to her home, school and community with positive and lasting results.

Integrity House RTC for Troubled Teens is located in Cedar City, Utah which is approximately 2 hours north of Las Vegas Nevada.

Integrity House RTC is a Therapeutic Residential Treatment Center for all girls ages 11-17, and offers equine therapy. Integrity House is JCAHO Accredited, which is the same accreditation hospitals use for there certifications. Staff ratio is one staff per four residents. Integrity House RTC provides supervision 24 hours per day; 7 days per week. The teen girls are not allowed outside the facility without a staff member and have to ask permission to move from room to room. This helps them learn respect for there parents, siblings, and others. We provide a safe, secure, and structured environment. The windows and doors are locked for there protection as well as not being able to runaway.

Integrity House RTC| Troubled Teen Girls Facility has experience handling issues such as: low self-esteem, depression, lying, manipulating, physical outbursts, BiPolar Disorder, ADD, ADHD, ODD, Borderline Personality Disorders, Reactive Detachment Disorder, Narcissism, alcohol and drug experimentation, eating disorders, pregnancy,Substance Abuse, sexual activity, promiscuity, sexual abuse, truancy, declining grades in school, disrespect, refusing to follow rules, defiance, anxiety, running away, aggression, suicidal ideations and attempts, anger, cutters, stress, poor peer relationships, co-dependency, etc.

Integrity House RTC for Troubled Teen Girls is academically accredited and can issue transferable credits to other schools as well as issue a high school diploma. We have a certified classroom teacher, several paraprofessionals, tutors and certified school administrator with a special education endorsement. Many of the teen girls that come into our program are behind academically due to their behavior and choices. We work with their home school district to get them caught up so they can return and graduate with their class or may graduate high school through Integrity House .

Integrity House teaches Life Skills in all aspects of daily living including cooking, proper food handling and preparation, cleaning, an in-house checking account requiring deposits to be made and bills to be paid, laundry, proper etiquette, substance abuse, job interviewing, self esteem, co-dependency, anger management, stress management, etc.

Integrity House has a 3 licensed therapists, Psychiatric Team, Psyc-Social Team, and 2 on staff LPN Nurses to monitor medications for the troubled teen girls.Each resident receives one individual therapy session a week as well as group therapy sessions daily to address issues such as, Grief and Loss, Anger Management, Substance Abuse, Family Struggles, Good Peer Choices, and much more. Family Therapy is once a month and can be done via telephone to discuss any issues that have been brought up during individual therapy.

Integrity House RTC also provides a Parent Page, which is an on-line secured site for each resident. The parents are given a login name and password and can view staff progress notes, academic notes and pictures of their troubled teenage daughter. The Parent Pages are updated weekly. A staff member will be assigned as a Student Advocate to you and your Teenage daughter. You will be able to call your Student Advocate and get updates on how your daughter is doing.
